To All Customers,
Effective November 5, 2021 MJM will no longer accept returns on any products based on the following reasons.
• Distributor / Vendor order error
• Customer order error / no longer needed
• Product too small or too big
• Product not as expected
• Wrong color and/or material
• Wrong item ordered
Please note and inform your customers before signing for merchandise inspect immediately. For visible damage upon receipt of order it is the customer’s responsibility to take note of any damage and document damage details on all copies of the freight bill. All copies of the freight bill must be signed by the driver and consignee.
Immediately notify shipper of any discrepancies within 24 hours, failure to follow these steps relieves the shipper and carrier of any responsibility and will result in denial of any freight claims.
For 3rd Party shipping submission of all freight claims is the responsibility of the distributor.
For concealed damage please adhere to the following protocol.
1. Keep carton and all packing materials.
2. Call carrier within 3 days of delivery and request an inspection.
3. DO NOT remove shipment from the premises before inspection has been conducted.
4. Retain a copy of the inspection report
